WHO? Geared to the maturing Christian who wants to hone their skills for missional ministry.  You want to be trained to the next level for effectiveness in the Kingdom of God. 
WHAT?  2 Courses this year:
First Course:  Historical Foundations: 
· Walking through Church history from the book of Acts to what is coming tomorrow (I don’t really know what is coming, but I see trends and possibilities).  This class is for those who want to know more of the Christian story from where the Bible leaves off to today, and for those who want to prepare for the next season. Also for those who want to learn from the mistakes of the past, and are not interested in repeating them in the future.   WHEN?  TBA

Second Course:  Foundations of Servant Leadership 

The first term will be geared toward small group leadership.  Dynamics of small groups, life cycle of s.g., worship in s.g., service in s.g., what to do about kids in s.g., what to do about “talkers”, what to do about gossip, how to multiply, variety in style and leadership.  Can you say “practical”?  We will continue the tradition of being a “community of learners” at EIT, sharpening and encouraging each other in the faith.
